I am interested to pre-order for this Sony Xperia V, noticed that only NCR areas is available for wireless center.
• Gateway Mall
• MegaMall
• Smart Tower

Anyway, you should try select the NCR and submit your application, then wait for someone smart rep
call you and tell your exact location. Better!!! :-) Since then i became smart users and buy a lot of smart sim cards.
